Se requiere revisión legal antes del lanzamiento. Este borrador operativo identifica los términos y flujos de datos previstos; un asesor jurídico portugués debe aprobar la redacción específica del vendedor y las traducciones antes de la aprobación final del lanzamiento.
Immediate access consent
Checkout requires an unchecked, affirmative request for immediate digital access and acknowledgement of the resulting loss of a statutory withdrawal right where applicable. The exact wording and implementation require Portuguese legal approval before live sales.
Technical access problems
If confirmed payment does not produce access, contact support from the checkout email. We will first restore access. If the product cannot be supplied, available statutory remedies are unaffected.
Change-of-mind requests
Eligibility depends on applicable consumer law and whether performance began after valid consent and acknowledgement. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory rights.
Refund and dispute effects
A full refund revokes guide access. Qualifying payment disputes may suspend or revoke access while they are resolved. Duplicate payments and proven billing errors will be investigated.
