The final seller legal name, Portuguese address, tax number, and privacy contact must be added here before production launch.
Data we use
We process checkout and billing data supplied through Stripe, your email and authentication identifiers, purchase entitlements, consent records, support messages, authenticated content reports, and transactional access email delivery through Cloudflare Email Service.
Purposes and legal bases
We use the data to perform the purchase contract, deliver and secure access, comply with tax and accounting duties, respond to requests, prevent abuse, keep the guide accurate, and—only with consent—measure website usage.
Processors and transfers
Our planned providers include Cloudflare, Google Analytics, Stripe, and InvoiceXpress. Their production regions, data processing terms, safeguards, and retention settings require a controller-specific legal review.
Retention and rights
Accounting records are retained for legally required periods. Access and security records are retained while needed to operate the product. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing, and may complain to a supervisory authority.
