Product and access
Tennis in Lisbon: Curated Fast Track is a digital information product. A completed one-time purchase grants a personal, non-transferable right to access the guide while the product remains operated, including updates made during that period.
Independent information service
We do not own, operate, represent, or act as an agent for the listed clubs. Court availability, bookings, payments, cancellations, coaching, equipment, and on-site services are agreements between you and the relevant provider.
Accuracy and responsible use
We research and periodically verify the guide, but third-party details can change without notice. Check your final reservation directly with the venue. Do not scrape, reproduce, resell, share access to, or republish protected guide content.
Price, tax, and payment
The displayed guide price is US$19. Stripe may present an eligible local-currency amount through Adaptive Pricing. Tax is calculated as configured for the customer location. Court and travel costs are separate.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for club unavailability, travel disruption, injuries, losses at a venue, or decisions made by third-party providers. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing details
Seller identity, registered address, tax number, contact details, and Portuguese governing-law language must be inserted and approved before accepting live payments.
